E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISER, £18K

A well known and much loved high street branded and own label retailer currently has an exciting opportunity for a experienced E-Commerce Merchandiser.

This is key role to support the successful and constantly growing online offering.

As the E-Commerce Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

• Work with departmental buyers on initial seasonal product selection, range planning and online launch scheduling
• Actively trade the website, reviewing current sales performance and reacting accordingly
• Optimising online products and ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
• Managing content team and product admin to ensure all site content is displayed to maximise sales and reduce returns, ensuring images, descriptions, pricing and promotions are accurate and optimised for the customer.
• Developing category promotions to input into calendar of activity

The ideal candidate must have experience in fashion e-commerce merchandising as well as extensive, budgeting, forecasting experience. You will be highly analytical and numerical with a good understanding of web analytics, stock control systems and excel.
