This top integrated and digital agency is now looking for a strong Operations Director. To ensure that the agency delivers against all of their business objectives to the very high standards they’ve set, they are now looking to bring on board a strong Digital Operations Director. As Operations Director you will oversee all of the agency’s Production and Operations and ensure their delivery is best in class.

The agency is looking for a talented, experienced and smart Operations Director. They want an Operations Director who can take over all of their digital production facility, and as Operations Director you will be running and overseeing every aspect of the agency’s digital output.

As Operations Director your focus will be on outstanding delivery, smooth and efficient people management, balancing a constant and fluctuating stream of projects and sound commercial awareness.

For the Operations Director this will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role. You will be working with a growing team against fluctuating scope of work – this could encompass any aspect of digital from major site builds to rich media banners to iphone apps. As Digital Operations Director some of the key capabilities we will be looking for include the following. We want an Operations Director who has proven experience in running the operations / production department of a digital agency as a over-seeing production on major pieces of digital business. We want an Operations Director who has strategic insight and digital understanding, including digital understanding of digital trends and technology, and you’ll be an Operations Director who can talk confidently about these new developments! We want an Operations Director who is prepared to get stuck in as and when needed, and you’ll be a Digital operations director who has sound commercial judgement.
