They are now looking to bring in a Head of Planning / Strategy to join their strong team of planners. The team currently consists of a Director of Strategy, and a range of planners, and they’re now looking to bring in a Head of Planning / Strategy. You could be a top end Senior Planner working in an integrated / below the line business, or an Associate Planning Director who is looking to make that step up to Head of Planning. We will also consider candidates at Planning Director level however the salary range is around the £90k mark for this role. The agency is very well respected, they have a fantastic reputation and a great product. They’re strategic, highly creative and they’re an award winning agency. We are looking for a Head of Planning or Planning Director who has worked in a creative agency environment for at least 10 years. You will be a Head of Planning / Strategy or Planning Director who ha a proven track record in leading clients with great strategic thinking leading to award winning creative work. You will be someone who has worked with clients at all levels, and we want a Head of Planning or Planning Director who has the gravitas to lead Senior clients. The agency works with top brands, and they’re marketing teams are bright, therefore we’re looking for a Planning Director / Head of Planning who has a good understanding of classic marketing strategy and its application to the consumer retail environment. If you have previously worked with FMCG brands this will certainly help. We want a Head of Planning / Planning Director who has the ability to apply research, insights and knowledge to drive and lead client’s business opportunities.
