Strong Group Account Director with excellent Below The Line and Retail experience needed as soon as possible to join a fantastic agency in London.This agency has heritage, experience and fantastic credentials. They’re good at what they do, and they’ve worked with their clients for years. They’re now looking to bring onboard a strong Group Account Director who is looking to come into a business and make a real difference.

The agency has worked with this clients for a number of years, and they know the business inside out. The team are excellent, they love what they do, and they’re responsible for all of the BTL work for this brand. This includes retail, sales promotion, shopper marketing, some digital and direct and merchandising. We are therefore looking for a Group Account Director who is comfortable managing BTL activity for this giant brand.

The team is large, and consists of an excellent Business Director, Senior Account Directors, Account DIrectors, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers. The team are also supported with Account Executives and Account Assistants. Therefore we’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing a large team, and delegating where necessary. You’ll be a Group Account Director who is a team player, and can mentor people.

Below the line experience is a must, you’ll be a Group Account Director who has worked at either a top BTL agency or an integrated environment, and you’ll be used to working on FMCG or retail accounts.

You may be a Senior Account Director who is looking to step up to Group Account Director, or you could be a GAD who has been doing the role for 1 year. We’re open to speaking to people at different levels for this role, it’s just important that we find someone who is a good team and client fit.

You’ll be a Group Account Director with excellent business acumen, you’ll be good with numbers and will have the ability to run a profitable account.

Creatively and strategically you must be strong, and you’ll be a Group Account Director who has a passion for this side of the business.

Delivery is so important on this account, and attention to detail is a must. You’ll be a Group Account Director who has bundles of confidence and ambition, and you’ll be comfortable leading from the front.

This is a very stable piece of business, and the agency has been running the below the line business for this client for over 10 years – they’re entrenched into the client’s business, therefore it’s a secure role for any Group Account Director. You must however be good at what you do, and someone who wants to come into a business and make a real difference.

As mentioned, the team is large, and everyone will be looking to you for guidance and advice therefore we need a Group Account Director who has drive and gravitas.
