Business Director is needed as soon as possible to join this top, hugely successful agency in Central London.This role is varied, and we’re looking for a Business Director who is comfortable working with FMCG brands, across below the line activity, and working with other agencies at an integrated level.

You will be a Business Director who has gravitas, excellent business acumen, you’ll be a leader and have a passion for what you do.

The accounts you’ll leading as Business Director are top FMCG and retail brands. You will also work very closely with the agency’s new business director to lead key agency’s pitches.

If you’re a Business Director who wants to raise their profile in a highly successful agency then this could be the right role for you.

You’ll have the confidence to work with senior clients, and as one of the agency’s key Business Directors you’ll be reporting directly into the Managing Director.

Some of the agency’s client relationships are excellent, and as Business Director you’ll have the chance to get involved with some fantastic, secure clients. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, and also organically growing these accounts.

Leadership is key for this role, and we want a Business Director who is happy to get stuck in, but at the same time can step back and look at the bigger picture.

Strategically and creatively you must be strong, you’ll be a Business Director who can talk about brands, and what excites consumers.

You’ll probably come from a below the line or integrated agency, and you’ll be a key Business Director within your company, leading some recognised brands.

This is not a new business role, it’s a Business Director position to lead key accounts, but you will also be involved with pitching and winning new accounts. All of the Business Directors in the agency are responsible for doing this, working very closely with the Managing Director.
