Calling all strong Art Directors / Creatives! We are currently looking for a strong conceptual Art Director / Creative to come and join this growing business in London. This is a great opportunity for an Art Director / Creative to come into this agency and really make a name for themselves. The agency has been going 15 years and they work with some top FMCG brands. They are now looking for a strong conceptual Art Director or Creative who is full of ideas, and someone who has lots of examples of press and print work. The agency do not produce any brochure or design for print work, they do a lot of idea led press activity, outdoor, DM and some digital, POS and retail. For this role we really want to speak to any strong Art Directors or Creatives who have excellent press examples, from either a consumer or trade point of view. The agency is growing, and recently they have won lots of new business and the creative department needs more support. In the studio they currently have around 10 people, and they are now looking to bring on board an ideas person. They need a conceptual Art Director / Creative who is capable of developing strong ideas quickly, and then execute these into good press ads. The agency has a team of good illustrators, designers and artworkers, so as an Art Director / Creative you will be supported well. What they are looking for is an ideas led conceptual Art Director or Creative who can develop ideas, black and white scamps, and then you will work closely with the Designers / illustrators to bring these ideas to life. This agency works with some of the biggest brands in the world, and they produce a lot of trade and consumer marketing press, PR, outdoor, DM, experiential and integrated work for these FMCG giants. More recently this agency has been producing some very creative trade press ads for these brands, and they’re really standing out. Rather than being dull, price led promotional ads, they are more creative, and are taking influences from traditional ATL advertising. The agency is now looking to bring on board a strong conceptual Art Director / Creative who can continue this work, and build on it. If you are an Art Director or Creative who has a very good conceptual head on their shoulders, and a book full of strong press ads then we want to hear from you today. Ideas are key for us for this role, and we want to only hear from Art Directors or Creatives who have been involved in the complete process – from ideas through to development and production. As it’s a small to medium sized agency your involvement in this agency will be crucial, therefore we want to hear from Creatives who have the relevant experience, We want someone who is ready for a challenge, and an Art Director or Creative who has the confidence to work with senior people within a business. As an Art Director / Creative in this business you will take the lead on a number of projects therefore you have to be confident, full of good ideas, and have the ability to work with other creatives within this agency. Team work is essential, however as an Art Director / Creative you may also have to work on your own sometimes. This really is a great opportunity for an ideas led creative or art director.
