Account Director with strong Below the Line experience needed as soon as possible to join this great agency in Central London.You’ll be working on a top FMCG brand, and as an Account Director you’ll be responsible for the integrated account handling work for this brand. You will be supporting the Client Services Director, Creative Director and Planning Director in developing the strategy and co-ordinating all agencies from a below the line perspective. We want an Account Director who has experience working across a below the line perspective, but you’ll understand the wider integrated mix. Additionally to this you’ll be managing a team of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Executives, all who produce a range of below the line and promotional activity for this FMCG brand. This is the most prestigious client and account in the agency, therefore we’re looking for a very strong Account Director who can lead this major brand. It’s important that you’ll be an Account Director who has drive, ambition, a love for strategic output and passion for the business. You will be an Account Director who enjoys building client relationships, and you’ll direct and take control of these relationships on a daily basis. We want an Account Director who can bring out the best in people, and be a mentor to junior staff. You’ll have good business acumen and you’ll be an Account Director who is financially minded. People management experience is important for this role, and you’ll be an Account Director who can lead a team. This business delivers incomes in excess of £1m therefore we want an Account Director who is used to dealing with these sort of numbers, and someone who can build a profitable account team. The team are lovely, and the senior management are great. They have a play hard, and work fairly attitude – they’re not a sweatshop and their staff turnover is very low!
